RETURNS

Due to the personalized nature of these items/services, all sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged, and no credit or refunds will be issued.

SHIPPING

We only ship within the US mainland and Puerto Rico.

All items are shipped via USPS with tracking and typically ship in 2 – 10 Business Days. Pre-orders ship within 30 days.

Given the current state of the world (pandemic), there may be unavoidable shipping delays. As a result these shipping times may vary due to the USPS. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

SERVICES 

Coaching is non-refundable.

Once a date and time has been scheduled for your session via email, that time is locked in.

If rescheduling is needed, submit your request via email with 24 hours notice or the session will be lost.
